Tender Support
We support organisations preparing to put items of work out to tender, assisting with the preparation of ITT and RFQ packages and planning and overseeing the tender process.
We also support companies responding to tender opportunities - contributing towards the definition of technical or management solutions, liaising with potential subcontractors, preparing proposal text or reviewing or proof-reading tender material and checking compliance to terms and conditions prior to submission.
Project Management
We assist with the set-up and routine management of many different types of project from system development projects to R&D activities and service-delivery projects. This includes support for progress reporting, budget monitoring, schedule tracking, meeting and event planning, action tracking, risk management and subcontractor management, as appropriate.
Specialist Consultancy
We provide ad-hoc support covering a wide range of issues and activities within the EO and climate domains. Work undertaken includes:
- Conducting research and/or drafting papers and reports on specific subjects
- Reviewing and proof reading documents
- Contributing ideas based on previous experience from ESA projects encompassing algorithm development, data quality monitoring, documentation, cal/val (lab measurements, field campaigns, inter-comparisons), data exploitation and uncertainty analysis
- Building links between projects
- Exploring the needs of data users
- Supporting education and outreach activities
